We are delighted to have you with us and hope you enjoy a relaxing stay in our picturesque surroundings.

To ensure everyone has a pleasant vacation, please note the following important points:

• Grilling and open fires are prohibited throughout the recreational area.
• We are in a protected landscape area and wish to preserve the unique nature.
• We cannot assume liability for accidents, injuries, or losses. Please take care of your safety and valuables.
• The site operator and staff are authorized to exercise house rules.
• This includes refusing entry or expelling guests who do not comply with the site rules or disturb the well-being of other guests.

Your wishes and suggestions are important to us! Please feel free to share them at the reception. We strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We wish you a relaxing vacation with us!

Safety tips for a relaxing stay:

Please follow these tips for a safe and enjoyable vacation experience!

• *Children are the responsibility of parents: Please keep an eye on your children at all times. You are responsible for their safety and behavior.
• Fun in the right place: Playing with balls and shuttlecocks is not allowed throughout the campsite. A specially designated volleyball court is available at the playground.
• Cycling only on designated paths: The slopes are not suitable for cycling. Please use the designated paths.
• Swimming areas are not supervised: Our swimming areas are not monitored. Children may only swim under adult supervision.
• Piers for guests with a mooring: The piers must be kept locked at all times and are accessible only to those with a boat mooring.
• Minors only with supervision: Minors may only access the piers with adults who have their own boat moored. Exceptions apply to youths aged 16 and over with their own boat.
• Fishing prohibited: Fishing in the swimming meadow is strictly forbidden.

Welcome with your four-legged friend!

You are welcome to bring your pet to the campsite. To ensure all guests have a pleasant stay, please follow these rules:

• One pet per pitch: Generally, one pet per pitch is allowed. We are happy to consider individual exceptions upon request.
• Keep on a leash: Dogs and cats must be kept on a leash throughout the campsite.
• Cleanliness is important: Please immediately and completely remove your pet’s waste. Dog bags are available free of charge at the reception.
• Lawn and playground are off-limits: Pets are not allowed on the lawn and playground.
• Feed the animals in the enclosure: Please feed the animals in the enclosure only with the food we provide.
• *Protection of wild birds: Feeding wild birds (such as ducks, geese, or swans) is not allowed from spring to fall.

With the car on the campsite:

For a safe and harmonious atmosphere:

• *Walking speed: The road traffic regulations (StVO) apply throughout the campsite. Please drive at walking speed to ensure all guests are safe and relaxed.
• Parking for additional vehicles: Tow vehicles of caravans, additional cars, and trailers must be parked in the designated parking area. An exception permit is only possible from the site manager.
• Engine off: Please do not leave your vehicle with the engine running.
• No repairs or washing: Car repairs or washing are not allowed on the premises.
• Power supply for electric vehicles: Electric vehicles (cars and motorcycles) may only be charged on the campsite with a power meter. Please contact the reception for more information.

Together for cleanliness and hygiene:

To make everyone feel comfortable:

• Non-smoking area: Smoking is prohibited in the sanitary facilities. Please observe the no-smoking signs.
• Easy waste separation: Please separate your waste and pack it in garbage bags. The appropriate containers are located at the waste disposal area next to the main washhouse.

Legal

• We are a recreational area in a protected landscape and are located in a spa town. Therefore, grilling and open fires are strictly prohibited.
• The campsite operator and the municipal office cannot assume liability for accidents, injuries of any kind, or lost or damaged property.
• The site operator and authorized persons are entitled to exercise house rules at any time, i.e., they can refuse entry or expel guests (without refund of already paid fees) if it is in the interest of other camping guests or if the existing site rules are violated.
• If you have wishes and suggestions, please share them at the reception. We are confident that you will enjoy your stay with us.

Video Surveillance

The Himmelreich campsite is under video surveillance. The cameras are intended to avert the following dangers for guests, the campsite, and employees:

• Documentation of accidents
• Documentation of thefts, break-ins, assaults
• Entrance and exit control of the campsite to prevent unauthorized access to the campsite grounds.

The data is recorded and temporarily stored. This processing of your aforementioned data is justified to safeguard the legitimate interests of the campsite (Himmelreich Betriebsgesellschaft mbH). Without the use of this data, the campsite cannot ensure safety.

Using our website is generally possible without providing personal data. If personal data (such as name, address, or email addresses) is collected on our pages, it is always done on a voluntary basis whenever possible. These data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except for the online booking agency.

We do not collect any analytics data on this website, while the online booking agency does collect analytics and personal data, as per their privacy policy, which you can find on the booking page. Otherwise, we only collect our WordPress server statistics, and anything you send us per email or via the booking engine.
